From Curaplatz (parking) through the five courtyards to the main castle (around 1 km) the path is accessible for wheelchairs. The inner castle courtyard is mostly on one level (cobblestones with smoothed paths). The rooms in the State Castle Museum can only be reached via steps, and the direct route from the old town to the castle is steep with steps. Disabled toilets are available in the visitors’ centre in the main castle, at Curaplatz and in the first courtyard.
